Contest begins January 22nd, 2019 and ends February 22nd, 2019 at 11:59 PM EST. The best picture and winner will be selected by VIGO’s Jury and will be announced February 26th, 2019.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You may post or upload content you have created, including without limitation, photographs, your social media handle, videos, and comments (collectively, “User Submissions”) to your social media accounts. By posting and uploading User Submissions that you have tagged with #VIGO, #MyVIGOideas, #MyVIGO, #VIGOPaloma, #VIGODavidson, #MyVIGOSeville, #MyVIGOfaucet #MyVIGOsink, #MyVIGOshower, #VIGOshower #VIGObathroom, #VIGOkitchen, #VIGOfaucet, #VIGOsink, @vigoindustries or other VIGO brand hashtags or social media tags, you grant to VIGO Industries and its subsidiaries and affiliates including but not limited to VIGO’s partnerships with Amazon, Build.com, eFaucets, Houzz, Lowe’s, Menards, Overstock, The Home Depot, and Wayfair as well as VIGO’s third-party service providers who provide content management services (collectively, the “Licensed Parties”) the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your VIGO-tagged User Submissions in any manner to be determined in VIGO’s sole discretion. This grant includes, but is not limited to, use of the User Submissions on VIGO social media pages (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest) and on VIGO websites (including but not limited to VIGOindustries.com and blog.vigoindustries.com) and in other VIGO marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives, in any media now or hereafter known. VIGO may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your User Submissions in any manner in its sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever.
You grant VIGO the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location or other identifying information in connection with any use of your User Submissions. You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least 18 years old; (ii) you are the owner of your User Submissions; (iii) the User Submissions do not infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, proprietary rights or rights of publicity and privacy; (iv) the User Submissions do not violate a law, statute, ordinance or regulation; and (v) if the User Submissions contain the likeness and/or name of an identifiable person, you have that person's permission to include their likeness and/or name in the User Submissions. You are solely responsible for your User Submissions, and VIGO assumes no liability for any User Submissions.
VIGO will not be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation special or consequential damages, arising out of your access to, or inability to access, your User Submissions or your use of, or reliance upon, this language or the site(s) where your content is located. Employees of VIGO are not permitted to enter. Further, VIGO is not responsible nor liable for your use of other web sites which may have access to your User Submissions. You further irrevocably waive any "moral rights" or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials regarding User Submissions that you may have under any applicable law under any legal theory.
